2005 Estate Roussanne

Don’t let the crystals at the bottom of this wine discourage you from a nice alternative to Chardonnay, the minimal sediment found after light chilling is a sign of a good quality wine. This is a nice crisp wine with smooth nutty flavors that can be paired with salads, light seafood dishes or chicken. Another family favorite!
